The Township of North Dumfries is preparing an Arena Strategy to determine current and future indoor ice needs and provision options. If the study finds long-term demand for two ice pads, consideration will be given to: (1) a comprehensive renovation of the Ayr Community Centre (Queen Elizabeth Arena); or (2) adding a second ice pad to the North Dumfries Community Complex and decommissioning the Ayr Community Centre. Your input is greatly appreciated to ensure that the Arena Strategy is responsive to community needs.  Please visit the Township of North Dumfries website for more information and for a link to the online feedback form:

The Ontario Women’s Hockey Association is announcing its initial Return to Hockey Framework  and  specifically  the  implementation  of  Phase  2  -  Stage  1,  following  Hockey Canada’s Return to Hockey’s Board of Directors decision last week and based on the current Ontario Government Emergency Order Amendment.
Currently there is no programming approved to be run anywhere in Ontario. Read More
