Giving Back to Our Community

Local hunger continues to be a complex challenge facing our community. The Food Bank of Waterloo Region is entirely community supported and relies on donations of time, food, and funds make it possible for their Community Food Assistance Program. Last night the Ayr Rockets U18BB team volunteered their time to help sort a total of 2,484 lbs food! This provides about 1,940 essential meals for neighbours in Waterloo region struggling to make ends meet.?
