U11B Silver Medalists

Ayr Rockets U11B competed in the 25th Annual Woodstock Wildcats Tournament against some stiff competition from Georgina Golden Hawks, Otonabee Wolverines & Huron Heat, all top teams in their respective leagues.

Ayr Rockets beat Otonabee Wolverines 6-1 in the Semi-Final to move on to the Gold Medal game vs the Huron Heat.

The Gold Medal game was hard fought with action at both ends of the arena. Strong defensive and offensive play from both teams and outstanding saves from the goaltenders to keep the game tight.

The game was a 3-1 close finish with an empty net goal in favor of the Huron Heat.
